AI Implementation Specialist
Your tasks
You will find, build and ship AI and automation solutions across operations, finance, manufacturing and sales.
- Work with operations, finance, manufacturing and sales to map processes and turn their needs into clear requirements.
- Build and ship AI tools, automations and agents, from idea to prototype, testing and release.
- Integrate systems and data across CRM, ERP and point of sale, and keep databases well structured.
- Own the AI backlog and roadmap, and report progress to leadership.
- Keep every solution secure and well documented.
- Train colleagues, drive adoption and bring new AI ideas to the business.
Requirements
Up to 3 years of experience (internships and serious side projects count) and a genuine passion for AI. Required
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Software development in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, writing clean, maintainable code with Git.
- Good grasp of architecture and databases: well-structured schemas, SQL, APIs and integrations.
- Daily hands-on use of AI tools, and a clear sense of where AI works well and where it fails.
- Security awareness when handling company data and AI tools.
- Comfortable with agile, iterative work and explaining technology to non-technical colleagues.
- Good English; Vietnamese is a strong advantage.
Nice to have
- Has built an automation or AI agent using LLM APIs or tools such as n8n or Make.
- Experience with CRM, ERP or point-of-sale systems.
- Cloud platforms, or exposure to manufacturing, F&B or operations.
