*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers, Increasing sales and ensuring that the gym floor is organized and inviting.
*Duties*
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries to enhance their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
*Requirements*
- Previous experience in sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications; familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends as needed.
