Your Role

In this remote position, you will take on a dynamic and independent role focused on business development, client engagement, and growth within a structured and proven system.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and managing your own portfolio within a guided business framework

Identifying and engaging qualified prospects through digital channels (training provided)

Conducting structured conversations with potential partners

Supporting and mentoring individuals entering the business

Implementing marketing strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Xing, Facebook, and Google

Participating in ongoing training and development sessions

Requirements

Your Profile

6+ years of professional experience (corporate or self-employed)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working independently with a high level of ownership

Interest in leadership, personal development, or coaching

Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset

Familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage

Creative thinker with a can-do-attitude
