Quality Manager (Speak Chinese)

• Manage and develop the quality management system in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 standards, customer requirements, and company policies
• Control and improve production process quality; analyze and resolve problems using quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and PDCA, while monitoring the effectiveness of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Manage customer complaints, prepare problem-solving reports, coordinate with relevant departments, and support quality meetings or audits with customers
• Plan and oversee both internal and external quality audits, including monitoring corrective actions to ensure compliance with requirements
• Manage and develop supplier quality, monitor performance, and drive continuous quality improvement
• Monitor, analyze, and report quality performance metrics such as Customer PPM, Internal PPM, Scrap Rate, Customer Complaint, COPQ, and Customer Scorecard for presentation to management
• Manage the quality team, define KPIs, develop personnel potential, and promote a quality culture within the organization
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement projects, and support new product development (APQP/PPAP/PFMEA/Control Plan) to increase quality, reduce costs, and enhance production efficiency

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or other related fields 5–8+ years of experience in quality management within the automotive industry, with at least 3 years of experience in team management Experience in OEM or Tier 1 manufacturing companies will be given special consideration Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 quality management systems, and Automotive Core Tools including APQP, PPAP, PFMEA/DFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, and 8D Problem Solving, as well as Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) (knowledge of VDA 6.3 will be given special consideration) Leadership skills, ability to manage teams, analyze and solve problems, make decisions, communicate and coordinate, manage projects, analyze data, and drive Continuous Improvement Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience using Minitab, ERP, or SAP will be given special consideration Good command of English in speaking, reading, and writing Good command of Chinese in speaking, reading, and writing
