We are currently seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team!

Job Description

As an Operations Specialist, you will work in a commercial and multilingual environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and coordinating loadings and deliveries of containers and vessels.

Liaising with shipping lines, freight forwarders, insurance companies, suppliers, and customers.

Managing the full operational cycle, including preparing contracts, invoices, and shipping documentation using SAP Business One .

Preparing and submitting documentation to banks.

Ideal Candidate

Fluent in English 

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Supply Chain, or Management

Experience in container lines, rail, and truck deliveries

Strong MS Office, SAP skills

2+ years in a trading or forwarding company

Strong attention to detail, accuracy
