Transport Assistant

Key responsibilities

• Help clients get on and off the vehicle, including wheelchair users
• Operate and assist with the wheelchair lift safely
• Escort clients door to door when needed, for example helping them open their door or bringing them down from their home
• Keep clients safe and comfortable throughout the journey
