Industry/ Organization Type: Food Manufacturing Position Title: Food Production Manager Working Location: East Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm; Saturday,9am to 1pm Duration: Permanent Role -Job Scope & Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise daily food production activities. Ensure that food manufactured products consistently meet customer requirements and satisfaction standards. To plan and oversee daily food production operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of machinery, and assign responsibilities accordingly. Provide support and solutions to routine issues faced by production engineers and staff with regards to machine operations. Escalate complex production issues to the relevant rectifying parties for timely resolution and ensuring smooth and efficient operations with minimal delay. Support and drive process improvement initiatives to achieve food production goals as well as provide guidance and integrate work performed by food production teams. Manage inventory and monitor the use of ingredients and reduce food wastage. Train staff on food preparation, hygiene and safety procedures. Take proactive measures to prevent non-conformances in internal processes.
