Job Description
We are looking for a professional to join the Commercial Operations area, ensuring the monitoring of certification proposals, client management, and the coordination between the commercial and operational areas.
Main Responsibilities
- Reception and management of new leads from different commercial channels.
- Analysis of needs presented by clients and sizing of the time required to prepare proposals.
- Preparation, in the computer system, of certification proposals for new clients.
- Sending and monitoring of commercial proposals with clients.
- Analysis of certification renewals for existing clients.
- Sizing and preparation of certification renewal proposals.
- Performing commercial follow-up of the presented proposals.
- Awarding of proposals in the system and forwarding to the operational area.
- Acting as a link between the Business Assurance commercial area and the other areas of the company.
Qualifications

- 12th year of schooling.
- Knowledge of English.
- Computer skills from a user perspective.
- Knowledge of price formation (preferential factor).
