1. Responsible for technical and business development of hazardous mechanical equipment (such as crane equipment, etc.) and QA/QC operational procedures and report writing.
2. Execute in-process inspections, on-site inspections, and quality supervision work.
3. Establish and optimize inspection procedures, technical documents, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
4. Able to read and understand relevant English technical documents, specifications, and international standards.
5. Provide technical judgment and inspection report review, and assist in business development, providing customers with technical consultation and solutions.
6. Assist in internal personnel training and technical establishment.

Bachelor's degree or above; Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related departments are preferred; candidates with relevant technical backgrounds will be given priority.

1. 5+ years of mechanical-related work experience; experience in design, manufacturing, inspection, or QA/QC of hazardous mechanical equipment (cranes) is preferred.
2. Familiar with relevant regulations and labor inspection requirements for hazardous mechanical equipment (cranes), with the ability to interpret regulations and respond on-site.
3. Familiar with manufacturing or engineering site QA/QC processes; experience in on-site inspection or process quality control is preferred.
4. Possess the ability to formulate and optimize inspection standards and operating procedures (SOP), and can establish standardized operating mechanisms.
5. Possess technical judgment skills, able to independently handle quality abnormalities, customer technical issues, and on-site emergencies.
6. Possess external communication skills, able to perform technical coordination with owners, contractors, and inspection agencies (such as labor inspection units).
7. Familiar with Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with report writing and presentation skills.
8. Possess English communication skills (TOEIC 600 or above or equivalent ability).
