1. Handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, and respond to technical questions.

1. Assist in case information background investigation and test planning.

1. Execute physical and chemical tests on metal materials to facilitate the identification of product failure causes.

1. Organize test data, adjust report formats, proofread report content, and perform classification and filing.

1. Cooperate with administrative units to handle report and payment-related matters.

1. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

1. 3 or more years of experience in metal material testing or analysis.

1. Proficient in metal material testing items and analytical instrument equipment.

1. Ability to operate metallographic testing and SEM/EDS is preferred.

1. Expertise in steel or metal processing processes is preferred.

1. Open-minded, willing to work in a team, and eager to learn new skills is preferred.

1. Possess independent thinking abilities and high self-discipline.

1. TOEIC score of 600 or above, or equivalent English proficiency certification.
