The SGS Group established SGS Far East Notary Co., Ltd. in Taiwan in 1952, establishing branch offices in the three major cities of Taipei, Keelung, and Kaohsiung in the early stages. 1. Documentation: Report typing, organizing, etc.

1. Management: File management, form organization, testing work progress scheduling, procurement, etc.

1. Customer Contact: Confirming customer time, itinerary, etc., and quotations.

1. Administrative Matters: Issuing and sending invoices, implementation of company policies.

1. Miscellaneous: Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

1. Have administrative work experience

1. Intermediate or above English proficiency is preferred

1. Meticulous, highly stable, patient, good communication skills, and strong ability to work under pressure.

1. Proficient in computer document processing (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

1. Ability to work overtime is preferred.
