1. Primarily responsible for the maintenance, development, testing, and management of test software programs;

1. Study and become familiar with testing standards (mandatory regulations such as FCC, CE, JP, NCC, etc.) and the measurement methods of related technical regulations;

1. Evaluate and communicate RF test-related regulatory requirements with internal teams;

1. Possess three to five or more years of practical RF testing field experience and the ability to solve technical problems during the testing process;

1. Plan and execute laboratory internal quality improvement and operational efficiency enhancement projects;

1. Background in communications or electronics-related fields is preferred;

1. High interest in wireless communication technology;

1. Possess communication and stress resistance skills;

1. Experience in large-scale system or program development;

1. Familiar with system architecture design and performance optimization;

1. AI development and application;

1. Language proficiency: English: Listening/Speaking/Reading/Writing - Intermediate

1. Proficient tools: RF, Python, C#, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Git, Github
