Work Permit Supervisor

We are selecting a person to coordinate and control all work permit processes on-site, as well as to review and approve risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) in the projects assigned to them. As a key person in the site team, this role will ensure that all work activities are assessed, authorized, and executed safely, in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements.  Main functions

• Coordinate the review and approval of risk assessments and method statements

 for each construction project.

• Coordinate the processing and documentation of work permits.

• Check the correspondence between work permits and isolation tags.

• Control the return and extension of work permits.

• Keep the list of authorized applicants and authorized persons for the site up to date.

• Perform checks and verifications of compliance with the work permit procedure.

• Control and store authorized tools and equipment (padlocks, isolation tags, etc.) used within the work permit system.

• University degree or equivalent in civil or industrial engineering, in the electrical specialty.
• Higher training as an occupational risk prevention technician.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in positions related to the management of work procedures

in construction sites.

• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Experience in industrial, energy, or construction projects will be valued.
• Experience in risk management and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in English (Minimum B2).
• Availability to work in the Alcudia area.
