Your tasks

Lead the comprehensive planning, execution, and control of High Voltage electrical infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with scope, deadlines, budget, technical standards, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Main responsibilities

• Manage Oil&Gas and/or Mining projects.
• Administer project schedules, milestone tracking, progress control, and certifications.
• Manage construction budgets, cost control, financial projections, and variance analysis.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of site personnel, technical office, and contractors, with variable staffing depending on the project.
• Coordinate bidding processes, negotiation, and contracting of local and international suppliers.
• Manage contracts, subcontracts, price readjustments, and payment approvals.
• Lead technical and contractual communication with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage permits, technical approvals, and documentation required for construction execution.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE, and contractual requirements.
• Lead follow-up meetings, technical audits, and executive reporting of project KPIs.

Requirements

Education

• Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.

Experience

• More than 5 years of experience in project management and operations leadership.
• Management of large-scale budgets and complex contracts.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder coordination.

Technical knowledge

• Comprehensive management of EPC/EPCM projects.
• Contract administration and strategic procurement.
• Construction planning and control.
• Cost management and price readjustments.
• Quality, safety, and electrical engineering regulations.
