Schedule the activities of the sector and ensure they are developed in accordance with internal procedures and policies. Guarantee the allocation and optimization of the necessary resources for the proper development of all operations in the sector. Coordinate and execute the activities prior to and following the execution of the service in accordance with internal procedures and policies, to guarantee the effectiveness of the operation. Apply the operational management system procedures in their area of competence to keep operations standardized. Constantly optimize the processes and resources to be used in operations for the fulfillment of the area. Prepare, process, and control contracts and the invoicing of freelancers in accordance with the guidelines of the finance and Human Resources areas, and the agreements with service providers. Prepare reports and management indicators to optimize their process and propose improvement alternatives. Constantly inform the client of the execution of the operation so that they are aware of its result.
Academic training: Technician, Technologist, or University Student. Experience: 6 months of experience in similar or administrative positions. Technical knowledge: Office tools: Word, Power Point, Outlook and preferably advanced Excel. Languages: Basic English. Communication skills, customer service, decision-making (for their position), teamwork.
