1. Responsible for managing "Hardware-in-the-loop" and "Software-in-the-loop" related projects. Content includes discussing product specifications with customers, confirming customer requirements, evaluating testing technologies, evaluating testing equipment, providing service quotations, executing project details, controlling project schedules, reviewing test reports, etc.

1. Responsible for setting up and managing the testing platforms for "Hardware-in-the-loop" and "Software-in-the-loop" related projects, and maintaining scalability, reusability, and maintainability.

1. Able to communicate horizontally with the business development of every department within the company, including sales, marketing, human resources, accounting, finance, product development, and vendor management for all BUs, establishing strategic partnerships, and ensuring all BUs have profitable turnover.
