Duties in relation to the job objectives:

• Collaborates with the team to understand client and project needs to provide optimal solutions;
• Coordinates and participates in teleconferences between project teams;
• Evaluates and coordinates cost and quantity estimates;
• Performs and coordinates the finalization of technical documentation and reports related to projects;
• Provides recommendations for the technical and financial optimization of the project;
• Verifies that all project information (plans, specifications, and geotechnical studies) is available and adequate for the project;
• Analyzes technical execution documentation (designs, execution details, specifications, technical specifications) and monitors its application on site.
• Monitors and verifies the execution of construction works to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and technical requirements.
• Participates in the planning and coordination of site activities together with execution teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitors compliance with execution schedules and signals any delays, non-conformities, or risks that may affect the project.
• Participates in the reception of materials and verifies the existence of related quality and conformity documents.
• Prepares and updates technical documentation specific to the activity performed: progress reports, minutes, observation notes, and other site documents.
• Monitors the implementation of occupational health and safety (OHS) measures, fire prevention (FPS), and environmental protection on site.
• Supports the project manager and company management by providing technical information and reports regarding the status of the works.
• Participates in technical meetings, progress meetings, and site inspections, formulating observations and recommendations regarding the project progress.
• Maintains efficient communication with all parties involved in the project and contributes to achieving the contractually established quality, cost, and deadline objectives.

Construction engineer profile:

• Higher technical studies - construction profile;
• Knowledge of the English language – minimum intermediate level;
• Knowledge in using the Windows operating system, MS Office applications;
• Required work experience: minimum 3 years;
• Very good teamwork skills.

Constitutes an advantage:

• Experience in OHS supervision and environmental protection, participation in projects in the energy, steel, and oil industries;
• Availability to travel to the site (25% – 50% of the time);
• Time management, attention to detail, professional integrity.
