SGS is looking for a person to join the Import/Export team within the Stella Operazioni Doganali Srl line. Specifically, the resource will be responsible for: Managing customs declarations for imported goods and entering them into the customs IT system for release for free practice and consumption, or for subjection to special customs regimes.
Handling requests for the issuance of necessary customs authorizations and sanitary, veterinary, and phytosanitary clearances, through the systems provided by the authorities. Ensuring dialogue with the institutions involved, with high professionalism and avoiding the escalation of disputes as much as possible. The resource will start with the task of critical and professional entry of import customs declarations into the customs IT system. Initially, they will receive general training, then they will start with the entry of simpler declarations, always under the supervision of a tutor or department manager. Collaboration and interaction with department colleagues are an integral part of the training. The study of regulations and their application is a constant and necessary part of the task. The objective of the position is to reach the ability to proceed autonomously, from the examination of commercial documentation to the entry of the import declaration into the customs IT system, while knowing that they are never alone but always part of a cohesive and collaborative group.
Degree or diploma of an economic, legal, or technical nature (mechanics, mechatronics, etc.) Good knowledge of English Good knowledge of the Office package, with particular attention to Word and Excel Knowledge of economic geography (countries, European Union, etc.) Product knowledge (having to declare goods, the ability to know them is required) Good teamwork skills Good communication skills
What we offer Fixed Term employment 12 months, Full Time, Ccnl Logistica Meal vouchers 7€ per day Salary range RAL: 23,000 € – 26,000 €
The final offer will be formulated in coherence with the professional experience, technical and transversal skills possessed by the resource functional for the role.
