We are selecting an experienced documentation manager to provide support in the

execution phase of an important project located in Alcudia. The selected person will be responsible for ensuring that all project documentation is structured, reliable, and can be used throughout the entire project life cycle. You will work in close collaboration with the engineering, construction, procurement, and project management teams to ensure that documents are available, correct, and comply with project requirements. Main functions:

• Maintain data and document management systems

• Verify that received and sent documentation (plans, reports, and other documents) complies with the agreed formats and quality standards.

• Guarantee the historical traceability of changes and keep changes updated

• Act as the central point of contact for information exchange between the client, contractors,

suppliers, and internal project teams.

• Support and guide project teams in document control processes.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of document management tools will be valued.

• Proficiency in English (Minimum B2)

• Availability to work in the Alcudia area
