- identifying new business opportunities in the food sector
- building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers
- preparing offers, quotes, and presentations of testing services
- conducting commercial negotiations and finalizing contracts
- achieving sales targets and reporting results
- analyzing market trends, regulations, and customer needs regarding microbiological, chemical, sensory, quality, and food safety testing
- collaborating with laboratories to create new testing methods and services
- optimizing the existing offer in terms of competitiveness and profitability
- analyzing sales results, margins, and effectiveness of activities
- preparing forecasts and service development plans
- reporting to the management board and recommending strategic directions
Requirements:
- relevant education: chemistry, food technology, food safety and certification, microbiology, or related fields
- knowledge of the TIC services market for the food industry
- ability to create and implement a sales strategy
- experience in implementing new services
- ease in establishing business contacts, communication skills, high personal culture
- ability to manage a team effectively
- experience in customer service or sales
- English language proficiency at a communicative level
- valid category B driving license
