Junior Account Executive

They are responsible for accessing markets and establishing commercial relationships in order to increase company revenue and meet sales goals. Achieve the sales goals assigned by their direct supervisor and the commercial strategy of the area. Search for commercial opportunities in the market to offer the products of the sector's portfolio and all of the company's businesses. Ensure the management of the focus universes assigned by the organization. Send commercial proposals to clients via email and/or personalized methods, and follow up on them to close the sale. Create new service sales opportunities by discovering client needs in a creative and innovative way. Control the sales process in an organized manner, keeping client information updated regarding the status of each opportunity in the CRM. Comply with the established number of visits and the different commercial operational indicators to comply with internal policies. Follow up on commercial offers to ensure a higher proportion of sales success. Strive to generate solid commercial relationships with clients while maintaining continuous attention to existing ones. Prepare commercial proposals according to established procedures for the portfolios of different sectors. As well as specific proposals for clients with new needs that SGS has the capacity and competence to provide the service for. Communicate the negotiation terms to the operational process clearly and promptly to ensure good service. Control that the service provided is given under the agreed terms, ensuring client satisfaction. Present the periodic reports required by the direct supervisor and the Product Manager accurately and promptly. Resolve client inquiries in the technical area, seeking support from experts when necessary and in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with the standards, procedures, and action plans, etc., established in the management system and product accreditations. Plan and participate in sector events or client events authorized by the sector. Ensure documentary management and compliance with due diligence and Sarlaft of the clients in their charge. Manage long-term agreements and accords with clients.
Academic training: University student in the final semesters or University professional in careers related to the sector in which they will perform. Experience: Minimum experience of 3 years in commercial or sales processes. Technical knowledge: in commercial topics (handling any of the following systems: CRM, Oracle, Sales Force, etc.). Languages: basic English
Working hours: Monday to Friday. Direct hiring. Basic salary: 7.890,75 GTQ Mobilization allowance: 250,00 GTQ Commissions
