Currently, we want to have a BIM Designer – Revit for laboratory projects who will join a department specialized in the execution of turnkey laboratory projects in different countries. Among the functions you will be able to perform are the following: Develop and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit according to project requirements. Prepare plans, diagrams, construction details, and technical documentation derived from BIM models. Coordinate the integration of different disciplines (architecture, structure, processes, mechanics, electricity, and instrumentation) within the BIM environment. Perform quality reviews of the models, detecting and resolving interferences (clash detection) and coordination problems. Manage Revit families, templates, and libraries, ensuring compliance with corporate standards. Extract measurements, lists, and technical documentation from digital models. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure the correct implementation of design requirements. Participate in BIM coordination meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of modeling processes and procedures. Control versions, updates, and issuance of documentation in accordance with the project's document management procedures. Collaboration in the preparation of technical offers and budget preparation.

The requirements for this position are the following:

• Education in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, Industrial Design, or similar.
• Demonstrable experience in BIM modeling with Autodesk Revit.
• Knowledge of BIM methodologies and information management standards.
• Experience in generating plans and technical documentation from BIM models.
• High level of English, both spoken and written.
