CSA Engineer (Civil, Structural & Architectural)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CSA Engineer (Civil, Structural & Architectural) to join our team in Đông Ngạc, Vietnam. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and coordinating civil, structural, and architectural projects from conception through completion. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects meet technical specifications, building codes, and client requirements while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

• Develop and prepare detailed structural and architectural designs using industry-standard CAD and BIM modeling software
• Conduct structural analysis and calculations to ensure designs comply with applicable building codes and safety standards
• Coordinate between civil, structural, and architectural disciplines to resolve design conflicts and optimize project outcomes
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, drawings, and specifications for construction and stakeholder review
• Perform site assessments and evaluations to identify potential challenges and develop appropriate engineering solutions
• Analyze project requirements and constraints to develop efficient and cost-effective design solutions
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution and communication
• Review and verify construction documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with design intent
• Maintain organized project files and documentation in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical recommendations to improve project quality and efficiency

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent) and BIM modeling platforms
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design principles
• Experience with civil and structural engineering projects, including design and documentation
• Familiarity with building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to construction
• Solid understanding of architectural coordination and construction methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in technical documentation and the ability to prepare clear, comprehensive drawings and specifications
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Experience with project management tools and software is preferred
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building standards is a plus
