H&S Training Coordinator

Design, implement, and evaluate training programs regarding occupational safety, health, and environment for the group's companies, in accordance with internal policies and procedures, and applicable current regulations, to ensure that the company's activities are carried out in a safe environment for its employees and stakeholders.   Main functions: Prepare and manage the execution of the annual training program regarding safety, health, and environment for the group's companies. Evaluate and generate the results and KPIs of the training programs.

Advise and train operations leaders on policies and standards regarding occupational safety and environment.

Coordinate the execution of unscheduled training (virtual or in-person), defining schedules and the agenda.

Responsible for defining the content and materials of the course in accordance with the planned objectives.

Maintain an updated record of the courses completed, attendance, reports, and respective summaries.

Perform training for new employees regarding safety, health, and environment in the group's companies.

Generate and deliver certificates for the training sessions conducted, upon client request.

Other similar functions indicated by the Employer or hierarchical superior based on their needs and requirements.
