Implement quality improvements in operational processes to achieve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System. Verify compliance with process controls and quality assurance of results. Identify and address quality risks, impartiality, and process deviations. Evaluate and manage the treatment of failures, customer complaints, and non-conformities by applying the tools established by the quality management system. Execute and manage compliance with the quality management system programs throughout the company's business and functional units. Periodically update and evaluate quality indicator results and inform the immediate supervisor for decision-making. Prepare related documentation for certification processes, accreditation (extension, reduction, and update), authorization, and tenders, among others. Participate in internal audits, homologations, supplier evaluations, and external audits as an auditee and as a qualified technical expert as applicable. Prepare, coordinate, and evaluate under statistical testing data coming from services or processes that require validation or verification according to the needs of the requesting business unit. Keep the documentary system of the assigned area updated. Supervise the application of different IT systems across the company's sites to achieve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System. Other similar functions indicated by the Employer or hierarchical superior based on their needs and requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or similar. 03 years providing physico-chemical or microbiological testing services. 02 years having been a quality coordinator maintaining laboratory accreditation. Solid statistical knowledge. Intermediate spoken and written English knowledge. Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 17025 / ISO 37001 STANDARDS.
