We want to incorporate a Lean and continuous improvement Consultant for national and international projects. We would like you to be a person accustomed to managing projects with a high level of planning, a clear focus on results, who enjoys working in a team and has good communication skills. Our ideal candidate is a Higher Engineer or Technician or Graduate with experience in industrial sectors and highly valued experience in automotive. The functions you will perform in your day-to-day will be: Evaluation and improvement of processes, implementation of the LEAN Continuous Improvement System in the different areas of the company and at clients. Development of projects, definition of plans to implement and management of their consolidation. Driving business growth and searching for new opportunities. Performing value stream mapping (VSM) of industrial and administrative processes. Conducting training for client teams in LEAN methodologies. Implementation of Strategic Improvement Plans providing support in the operational management routines of middle management or senior management at the client.

We need you to have a university degree, preferably in Engineering. Professionals who have developed their career in industrial plants or productive environments, with experience in positions such as:

APU Manager / Responsable de Producción PC&L Manager / Responsable de Planificación y Logística PC&L Improvement Coordinator FES Specialist / Especialista en Excelencia Operativa Warehouse Manager / Supervisor and who today want to apply that knowledge from a global business vision, helping other organizations to improve results. Experience in the implementation of Lean Continuous Improvement Methodologies in industrial environments of Operations/Production/Logistics/Quality/Projects/Maintenance in an industrial company will be valued. Experience in product development and project management with agile methodologies, as well as previous experience in consulting, will be valued. High level of Excel, Power Bi tools. Minimum English level C1. Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
