Currently, we want to incorporate a Lean Consultant for our team located in Madrid. We would like you to be a person accustomed to managing projects with a high level of planning, a clear focus on results, who enjoys working in a team and has good communication skills. Our ideal candidate is a technical engineer who will be part of our business line SGS Productivity by Leansis. The functions you will perform in your day-to-day will be: Evaluation and improvement of processes, implementation of the LEAN Continuous Improvement System in different areas of the company and at clients. Development of projects, definition of plans to implement, and management of their consolidation. Driving business growth and searching for new opportunities. Performing value stream mapping (VSM) of industrial and administrative processes. Conducting training for client teams in LEAN methodologies.
What profile are we looking for? We need you to have a university degree, preferably in Engineering. More than 5 years of experience in the implementation of Lean Continuous Improvement Methodologies in industrial environments and/or as a Head of Operations/Production/Logistics/Quality/Projects/Maintenance in an industrial company with a high degree of implementation of Lean Methodologies. Experience in product development and project management with agile methodologies, as well as previous experience in consulting, will be valued. Six Sigma knowledge will be valued. High level of Excel and Power BI tools. B2 English level, and we will also value if you have other languages such as French or German. Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
