Execute, supervise, control, and ensure the correct functioning of the SGS purchasing process within the company.

Negotiate and obtain the best commercial purchasing conditions for the company, complying with current regulations and standards.

Coordinate the selection, development, and evaluation, as well as the registration and removal of suppliers.

Ensure that the conditions for selection, negotiation, and contracting with suppliers are the best for the company.

Administer and inform users about the price catalogs uploaded in the system, with prices negotiated and fixed for a certain period.

Effect and supervise the purchase of goods and services (cataloged and non-cataloged) in the system, as well as attend to tickets created by users.

Perform the acquisitions of inputs for sector projects (capex/opex), obtaining the best commercial conditions for the company.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field. Knowledge of national purchasing, logistics, and international trade (imports). At least 5 years of experience in purchasing project inputs, machinery and field equipment, laboratory and office material and inputs, operational supplies, security, and technology. At least 5 years of experience in development and negotiation (local and international) with suppliers, purchase of office supplies, supplier negotiation, service contracting, and handling of e-commerce tools.

Advanced proficiency in Office suite Intermediate - advanced English Desirable knowledge in Oracle system
