Job Purpose: acquiring projects related to renewable energy sources, particularly photovoltaics, wind energy, and energy storage. Actively supporting the growth of the project portfolio, revenue, and the company's market position through business relationship development and effective implementation of development strategies. Scope of Responsibilities: identification and development of new business opportunities in the RES sector (PV, wind, energy storage, PPA, hybrid projects) analysis of the energy market, legal regulations, support systems, and technological trends in RES acquiring new clients, business partners, investors, and landowners developing and maintaining relationships with key B2B clients, local governments, developers, and financial institutions conducting commercial negotiations and participating in the preparation of offers, contracts, and business models for RES projects cooperation with technical, legal, financial, and operational teams during the development and implementation stages of projects coordination of the sales process for RES projects or services from the concept stage to contract signing monitoring contract implementation and ensuring high-quality cooperation with partners participation in developing the RES project portfolio development strategy reporting sales results, project status, and recommending optimization actions representing the company at industry conferences, trade fairs, and business meetings within the energy sector
Requirements: preferred higher education (power engineering, economics, management, finance, environmental engineering, or related) experience in business development, B2B sales, or project development in the RES or energy industry practical knowledge of the RES market, including photovoltaic, wind, or energy storage projects experience in conducting commercial negotiations and working with B2B clients ability to analyze business and financial models of energy projects knowledge of the legal and regulatory conditions of the energy sector will be a significant asset very good knowledge of English (min. B2) active category B driver's license highly developed communication and negotiation skills independence, initiative, and goal orientation ability to work on projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders readiness to travel for business purposes throughout the country
Nice to have: experience working on PV farm or wind farm projects experience in cooperation with banks, investment funds, or investors
