Business Controller

Lead the financial planning process: budget, forecast, and short and long-term projections. Analyze financial and operational results, identifying deviations, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare monthly reports for local and corporate management. Monitor financial and operational KPIs of the business: Revenue, Margin, EBIT, Resource Utilization, Productivity, DSO/Collections. Perform profitability analysis by business line, customer, contract, and service. Actively participate in monthly financial closings together with Accounting and Finance. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and compliance. Support internal and external audit processes. Evaluate business cases, investments, and strategic projects. Identify operational efficiencies and cost optimization opportunities. Work together with operations, sales, and supply chain to improve business performance. Develop dashboards and reporting tools for decision-making.

Professional in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Desirable MBA or specialization in Finance. 5+ years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or business partnering. Experience in multinational companies, industrial, B2B services, or matrix companies. Desirable in Testing & Inspection, Mining, Oil & Gas, Logistics, Technical Services, Manufacturing companies. Financial analysis and modeling. Budgets and forecast. IFRS and internal control. Advanced Excel. Intermediate - Advanced English. ERP (SAP, Oracle, or others). Power BI management (desirable).
