Taiwan Distribution In 1952, the SGS Group established SGS Far East Notary Co., Ltd. in Taiwan, setting up branches in the three major cities of Taipei, Keelung, and Kaohsiung during its early stages. 1. Execute project-related tasks and coordinate the project team to follow the provisions of the BIM work plan.

1. Project progress and quality control, and participate in project interface integration coordination meetings.

1. Formulation of project execution standards and development of model templates.

1. Execute and coordinate the project team's architectural, structural, MEP, decoration, and landscape BIM model construction, interface integration review, BIM drawing output, optimization, object coding information input/output, and other application operations.

1. Possess internal and external coordination and communication skills, and have experience in team management.

1. Experience in BIM application within engineering consulting firms, architectural firms, or the construction side.

1. Possess practical experience in CSD/SEM interface integration and construction drawing drafting.

1. Ability to interpret architectural drawings, structural drawings, MEP drawings, and engineering specifications.

1. Must have relevant engineering experience and accumulated at least 3 years of BIM management experience, and possess relevant capabilities in planning project BIM development and collaborative software.

1. Proactive, enthusiastic work attitude, and team spirit.

1. Must use BIM tools with English interfaces for model construction and management work.
