- Administer the company's organizational structure through the creation, updating, and inactivation of positions, reporting lines, and other modifications in corporate systems.
- Manage and keep updated job descriptions, organizational charts, and documentation associated with the organizational structure.
- Prepare salary analyses and proposals related to compensations, promotions, internal movements, leveling, and economic simulations of personnel.
- Execute salary review processes, updating salary structures, and internal equity analysis, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and guidelines.
- Administer operational processes linked to bonuses, incentives, and commissions, including information consolidation, calculation validation, and coordination with the involved areas.
- Administer and monitor headcount (HC), Full-Time Equivalent (FTE), vacancies, organizational movements, and approved positions, guaranteeing information consistency and compliance with the authorized organizational structure.
- Perform monitoring, control, and analysis of the personnel budget, People Cost, and labor provisions, identifying deviations and evaluating economic impacts for decision-making.
- Prepare, analyze, and present Human Resources indicators related to HC, FTE, People Cost, productivity, turnover, vacancies, absenteeism, and other organizational metrics, generating reports for local, regional, and corporate leaders.
- Provide advisory and technical support to leaders and HR Business Partners on topics related to compensations, organizational structure, management indicators, and personnel administration.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects, process automation, and optimization of tools related to Compensations, Organization, and People Analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Business Engineering.
- More than 2 years of experience in related positions, preferably in the sector. And 3 years in the area.
- Advanced Excel.
- Intermediate English.
