Personnel Administration Analyst

We are looking for a Product Certification Engineer

• Manage affiliations, AFP changes, non-indebtedness letters, and regularization of presumed debts of employees.
• Manage CTS transfers for intermittent employees.
• Validate the correct registration of AFP/ONP and commission type during the payroll closing of intermittent personnel in ADP.
• Review and validate pre-hire and re-hire processes, coordinating with Selection and GBS the corresponding actions.
• Prepare and maintain the updated monthly consolidated list of beneficiaries.
• Manage and maintain updated master values for cost centers, locations, contract types, and positions, including ticket management for the creation of new values.
• Validate the correct assignment and registration of personnel cost centers.
• Participate in the implementation and validation of the Geovictoria attendance control module.
• Validate the registration of vacations in Geovictoria and prepare the corresponding reports for payment management.
• Manage the payment of per diems and mobility, as well as follow up on requirements related to Personnel Administration processes.

• Bachelor's or Licentiate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering.
• More than 2 years of experience in related positions, preferably in the sector. And 3 years in the area.
• Advanced Excel.
• Intermediate English.
• HR ERP (desirable)
