We are selecting an Audit Planning Administrator for Medical Device Certification for our Madrid team: Your mission will be to carry out the complete management of the audit planning process for different certification schemes together with our clients and auditors. Preparation of commercial offers for clients Planning of audits and auditor schedules Provide technical-administrative support to auditors to manage incidents in files and to other stakeholders such as clients and the Global office
What are we looking for in you? Training related to Administration, although we will also positively value if you have university training in science degrees. Experience in Quality Management Systems in a certification entity will be valued.
Upper-intermediate level of English.
We are looking for a person with great organizational and planning capacity. Methodical, proactive, and rigorous in the application of work procedures.
