Purchasing and Logistics Administrator for Construction Sites

We are selecting an administrator with experience in purchasing and logistics on construction sites to respond to and process purchase requests in accordance with agreed timelines and quality standards. Main functions:
- Process indirect purchase requests by creating and publishing purchase orders to suppliers.
- Manage purchase orders, including follow-up, to ensure a cost-effective supply of materials in accordance with demand.
- Ensure that items/consumables are delivered on time and expedite deliveries when necessary.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding order-related matters, including delivery dates.
- Supervise supplier delivery and quality performance.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement.
- CFGS in administration
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles
- Advanced English (minimum B2)
- Proficiency in the Office suite: Excel, Word.
