Purchaser

Your task:

• You will support our purchasing team in day-to-day operations and take over your own areas of responsibility step by step.
• In the medium term, you will act as a Strategic Buyer and main contact person, coordinating the indirect requirements of our two plants.
• You will request quotations, compare them, coordinate with internal departments, and maintain exchange with our suppliers.
• You will work on exciting purchasing projects and support evaluations, tenders, as well as the further development of processes and standards.
• You will maintain important data and documents in our systems and help to design processes and system workflows in purchasing efficiently and reliably.
• Together with the team, you will contribute to ensuring the supply of our plants in Ried and Ort im Innkreis and further develop our cooperation with suppliers.

Your profile:

• Completed commercial or technical training - initial experience in purchasing or in a manufacturing environment is an advantage, but not a must.
• Interest in economic contexts, negotiations, and cooperation with suppliers.
• Enjoyment of teamwork, a structured way of working, and the desire to familiarize yourself with new topics.
• Good technical understanding as well as interest in processes in an industrial environment.
• Good English skills and confident handling of MS Office; SAP or similar tools are a plus.
• An open, communicative personality with initiative and team spirit.
