Commercial Proposal Writer - Marketing/Communication

About the position

At SGF Global, we are looking for a Commercial Proposal Writer to join our client's team, a renowned multinational leader in consulting and technology services.

We are looking for people with excellent writing skills in English, analytical thinking, and the ability to transform complex information into clear, persuasive, and high-impact proposals. In this position, you will work alongside international teams developing commercial proposals aimed at clients in the US market, contributing to the generation of new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and identify the requirements and objectives of each client.
• Write, edit, and format commercial proposals using American English.
• Prepare cover letters, executive summaries, and other business development materials.
• Collaborate with technical specialists and commercial teams to develop solid and competitive proposals.
• Ensure consistency in content, tone, quality, and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with international teams to develop visual materials and strategic content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with established deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in proposal writing, commercial content, marketing, or similar roles.
• Completed or ongoing university degree in Communication, Journalism, Literature, English, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in English, especially at a written level.
• Very good command of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent writing, editing, and analysis skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it in a clear, precise, and persuasive manner.
• Organization, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Working day

Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00 hs.
