We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our team, where dynamism and management speed are the number one keys to the position.

What will your day-to-day mission be?

• Manage RPO searches on a massive scale, handling daily referrals for a variety of technical positions.
• Achieve fast, same-day coverage for staffing and outsourcing profiles (salespeople, promoters, among others).
• Perform rapid and effective initial contact with profiles, precisely checking the alignment between our proposal conditions and the candidates' suitability.
• Manage interview coordination smoothly and without delays.

Requirements:

• Students of Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related careers.
• Solid intermediate level English.
• Highly valued: Having previous experience performing tasks of a similar nature and having knowledge in managing various employment platforms.
