About the Position

At SGF Global, we are looking for a Proposal Writer to join our client's team, a renowned multinational leader in consulting and professional services.

We are looking for individuals with excellent English writing skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to transform technical information into clear, persuasive, and high-impact content. In this role, you will work alongside international teams developing strategic commercial proposals, ensuring a consistent narrative oriented toward generating value for clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write commercial proposals, ensuring a clear, coherent, and persuasive narrative.
• Prepare cover letters and executive summaries based on interviews with customer service teams and technical specialists.
• Transform technical information into accessible, engaging, and easy-to-understand content.
• Edit and review proposals according to the organization's style and quality guidelines.
• Guarantee the consistency of the message, headings, formatting, and alignment between content and visual elements.
• Coordinate the editorial review process, providing guidelines to the copy editing team and resolving queries related to each proposal.
• Participate in meetings with multidisciplinary teams to understand client needs and develop proposals aligned with their objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet established deadlines.
• Use Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) tools where appropriate to optimize the content creation process.

Requirements

• University degree or advanced training in Journalism, Communication, English, or related fields.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral.
• Experience writing professional, commercial, or business development content.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and convert it into clear and persuasive content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience writing marketing, business development, or corporate communications content in English for United States companies.
• Experience in preparing commercial proposals or RFPs.
• Familiarity with Generative Artificial Intelligence tools applied to content creation.
• Experience in consulting or professional services companies.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00 hs.
