Junior Account Executive (Events Industry)

Position Title: Junior Account Executive

About the Position We are looking for an Account Executive to join our client's team, a technology company for event management, and develop its business unit oriented towards the sale of beverages, food, and other products through software and totems. The main objective will be to acquire new clients and develop the existing portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and contact potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage and develop the assigned client portfolio, identifying their needs and sales opportunities.
• Present the solution, advise clients, and follow up on commercial opportunities until their closure.
• Learn the operation of the software and the totems to guide clients in their use.
• Coordinate with the operations team for service implementation and collaborate in incident resolution.
• Attend events when necessary to accompany the client and support the operation.
• Work towards the commercial objectives and performance indicators defined for the unit.

Requirements

• Training in Commerce, Marketing, Communication, Psychology, or related areas will be valued, but is not mandatory.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or commercial positions will be valued.
• Ease in using technological tools and learning the operation of new solutions.
• Availability to attend events during night shifts and on weekends.

Working Conditions

• Eight-hour daily workday, from Monday to Saturday.
• Reference shift: afternoon - night (for example, from 13:00 to 21:00 hs).
• Availability for night events and weekends.
• Approximate base salary of $30,000 net monthly.
