Job Title: Level 2 Technical Support Analyst and Tester

Location: Ciudad Vieja, Montevideo (Hybrid modality)

About the Position

We are looking for a Level 2 Technical Support Analyst and Tester to join a company in a process of growth and internal restructuring.

We are looking for a person with a solid technical foundation, an orientation toward analysis and problem-solving, who combines experience in advanced technical support with knowledge in functional testing. They will have a key role collaborating with users, development teams, and project management, contributing to the continuous improvement of the organization's technological products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support to internal and external clients.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents.
• Execute functional tests on applications and systems.
• Actively collaborate with the development team in the identification and tracking of errors.
• Manage queries and tasks linked to databases.
• Use testing and service consumption tools, such as Postman.
• Interact with different areas of the organization to gather, convey, and follow up on requirements.
• Provide technical support to the Project Manager in specific projects and needs.
• Document incidents, tests, and procedures when appropriate.

Requirements

• Previous experience of 2 to 3 years in similar positions (mandatory).
• Education in Engineering, Informatics, Programmer Analyst, or related careers.
• Knowledge of databases.
• Experience in functional testing.
• Proficiency with tools such as Postman.
• Knowledge of Genexus and React will be valued.
• Experience working in collaborative environments and multidisciplinary teams.

Conditions

• 8-hour daily workday.
• Core hours: 9:00 to 17:00 or 10:00 to 18:00.
• Hybrid modality.
• Offices located in Ciudad Vieja, Montevideo.
