Accounts Payable Analyst (with German or Hebrew)
Job Title: Junior Accounts Payable Analyst (German / Hebrew Speaker)
About the Position
We are looking for a Junior Accounts Payable Associate with proficiency in German or Hebrew to join the team of a multinational company, under a hybrid modality in Montevideo.
We are looking for detail-oriented profiles, with a service vocation and the desire to start or develop their career in a global environment. The position will provide support to operational and administrative processes, ensuring the accurate processing of transactions and quality service to internal and external clients.
Responsibilities
- Process and validate business transactions in accordance with established procedures and service level agreements (SLA).
- Review, update, and maintain records with a high level of accuracy.
- Provide support for operational and client requests via email and other communication channels.
- Identify discrepancies, investigate incidents, and escalate complex cases when appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Meet productivity, quality, and response time objectives.
- Work in a coordinated manner with internal and international teams.
Requirements
- Advanced or native proficiency in German or Hebrew, both oral and written.
- Intermediate or advanced level of English for professional communication.
- Students, recent graduates, or profiles looking to start their professional career.
- Training in Administration, Business, Finance, or related areas will be valued.
- Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to follow structured processes.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
- Previous experience in BPO, shared services, customer service, back office, or administrative processing will be valued.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook, will be considered a plus.
Position Information
Modality: Hybrid | Montevideo, Uruguay. Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 16:00 hs.
