IT Procurement Analyst - IT Sourcing
Job Title: IT Procurement Analyst (IT Sourcing)
About the position
We are looking for a professional with experience in IT sourcing, oriented towards value generation and cost optimization, to join our client's team, a leading multinational company in its sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading strategic IT procurement initiatives, managing negotiation processes, and collaborating with global teams to ensure efficient decisions in terms of cost, risk, and quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing processes (RFx, evaluation, negotiation, and contracting)
- Develop and implement IT procurement strategies aligned with the business
- Analyze expenses, benchmarks, and cost models for decision-making
- Negotiate with suppliers and ensure optimal commercial conditions
- Work cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Legal, and stakeholder teams
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and results
- Identify improvement opportunities in processes and savings generation
Requirements
- University degree in Administration, Supply Chain, IT, or related fields
- Experience in procurement of software, hardware, and IT services
- Experience leading multiple RFx processes simultaneously
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills
- Analytical profile, with experience in cost analysis and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to operate in dynamic environments, with multiple priorities and a certain level of ambiguity
- Advanced English level (mandatory)
