Key Responsibilities Greet and seat guests professionally, provide menus, and introduce signature dishes. Accurately take food and beverage orders using the POS system. Provide food and beverage service according to established service standards. Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner. Process payments accurately and maintain proper cash-handling procedures. Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas, table settings, and service stations. Promote menu items and ongoing promotions to customers. Requirements F&B service experience is preferred but not required. Friendly, outgoing personality with good communication skills. Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts. Customer-oriented, positive attitude, and a good team player.
