General Practitioner / Family Physician / Hybrid Doctor

Doctor – Clinic, Telemedicine & Mobile Care We are looking for a qualified Medical Doctor to join our healthcare team and provide medical services across multiple care settings. This position offers the opportunity to work in a combination of  clinic-based care, telemedicine and home/mobile healthcare services , supporting patients with both routine and urgent medical needs. Key Responsibilities Provide medical consultations and treatment through clinic, telemedicine and home-based services.

Conduct home visits and assess patients’ medical conditions in a community setting.

Carry out appropriate medical procedures in clinics and patients’ homes.

Attend to patients through the company’s telemedicine platforms and provide remote medical advice where appropriate.

Support vaccination programmes and conduct Child Developmental Screening for eligible patients.

Conduct medical assessments required for insurance applications and underwriting purposes.

Provide medical support for workplace injury cases under WICA arrangements with corporate clients.

Deliver primary care services for both acute and chronic conditions across different age groups.

Conduct health screening, medical reviews and follow-up assessments.

Prepare clear and accurate medical notes, patient records and clinical reports.

Ensure proper management and availability of medical equipment and supplies used for mobile services.

Maintain high standards of patient safety, confidentiality and professional medical practice.

Work closely with operations and healthcare teams to ensure smooth delivery of patient services.

Requirements Fully registered Medical Doctor with the  Singapore Medical Council (SMC) .

Previous experience in general practice, clinic and/or A&E environments.

Strong clinical and patient communication skills.

Able to communicate in English; additional languages or local dialects will be an advantage.

Comfortable working across different healthcare environments, including clinics, patients’ homes and telemedicine platforms.

Able to commit approximately  43–50 hours per week , including work across different service settings.

Responsible, ethical and professional with strong attention to patient care.

Willing to adapt to changing workflows and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently as well as with a multidisciplinary team.

Open to adopting digital healthcare solutions and technology-enabled medical services.
