HRM / ER (Employee Relations)
Main Responsibilities
HRM Tasks -Recruitment & Selection: Manpower Planning, posting job advertisements, interviewing, and selecting personnel to meet departmental requirements. -Compensation & Benefit (C&B): Payroll processing, managing Social Security, Provident Fund, and various benefits. -Training & Development: Creating Training Roadmaps, organizing new employee orientation, and evaluating training effectiveness. -Performance Management: Managing performance evaluation systems (KPIs/OKR). -Personnel Administration: Preparing and managing employment contracts, employee records, time attendance, and various reports. -Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
ER Tasks -Disciplinary Management and Investigation: Investigating complaints, conducting investigations for employees who violate company regulations, and considering disciplinary actions in accordance with labor laws. -Employee Relations Activities: Organizing Team Building activities, New Year parties, and CSR activities to drive Employee Engagement. -Internal Communication: Acting as a medium to communicate policies from management to employees and listening to employee feedback. -Consultation and Problem Solving: Providing advice regarding benefits and regulations, and assisting in resolving workplace conflicts. -Coordinating with external agencies or government authorities (if necessary).
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR. Basic knowledge of labor laws. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good communication and coordination skills. Good command of English; proficiency in Chinese is a special advantage. Good interpersonal skills, easy-going, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
