Job Summary Support project engineering and document control activities by preparing and updating technical drawings, managing project documentation, and ensuring accurate and timely distribution of drawings, reports, TQRs, and other project deliverables to clients, contractors, and internal teams. Responsibilities Upload and issue incoming and outgoing project drawings, documents, TQRs, and other project deliverables.

Maintain and update document registers, reports, submissions, and transmittals.

Download, track, and update incoming client documents, including drawings, TQR replies, submission reviews, comments, and acknowledgements.

Prepare, revise, and update technical drawings and project documents as required.

Perform AutoCAD drafting and amendments based on project requirements and engineering inputs.

Stamp, rename, scan, file, and archive project documents according to document control procedures.

Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure documents are kept at the latest revision.

Update the project deliverable register and monitor document revision status.

Upload project-specific documents to shared folders for team review and reference.

Update manpower records and other project-related records when required.

Provide general engineering and documentation support to the Project Manager and project team.

Requirements Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred; candidates with relevant equivalent experience may also be considered.

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant document control/project documentation experience, preferably within Oil & Gas, Offshore, Marine, Shipyard, EPC, Water/Wastewater, or Engineering industries.

Familiar with engineering documentation such as drawings, specifications, procedures, technical submissions, TQRs, and vendor documents.

Competent in AutoCAD drafting and preparation/revision of technical drawings.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with document management systems.

Strong organizational and document-tracking skills.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Able to coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal project teams.
