Class 3 Logistics Driver
Job Description We are looking for a responsible and reliable Class 3 Driver to support our daily logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely collection and delivery of cargo, documents, parcels, and temperature-sensitive shipments across Singapore. The role requires a disciplined and service-oriented individual who is able to follow delivery schedules, handle shipments with care, and maintain proper documentation throughout the delivery process. Key Responsibilities Perform daily collection and delivery of shipments to customers, warehouses, airports, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other assigned locations.
Drive company vehicles safely and comply with all traffic regulations and company safety requirements.
Handle general cargo, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and temperature-sensitive shipments according to company procedures.
Ensure shipments are loaded, secured, transported, and delivered in good condition.
Check delivery orders, airway bills, invoices, permits, labels, and other supporting documents before collection or delivery.
Ensure accurate proof of delivery, scanning, documentation, and handover of shipments.
Maintain proper chain-of-custody and report any delivery issues, delays, damages, or temperature concerns immediately.
Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required.
Conduct basic vehicle checks before use, including fuel or battery level, tyres, brakes, lights, and vehicle cleanliness.
Keep the assigned vehicle clean, safe, and in good working condition.
Provide polite and professional service when dealing with customers and business partners.
Support warehouse and operations activities when required.
Requirements Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
Minimum 1 year of driving experience preferred.
Familiar with Singapore roads and delivery locations.
Able to read and understand basic English instructions and delivery documents.
Physically fit and able to carry cartons or parcels when required.
Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
Able to work independently and follow assigned routes and schedules.
Comfortable using mobile phone applications, GPS, WhatsApp, and delivery scanning tools.
Experience in logistics, courier, healthcare, pharmaceutical, cold chain, or airport cargo operations will be an advantage.
Experience driving electric vans will be an added advantage.
Working Hours Full-time position.
