Technical Project Consultant VHF (m/f/d), Menden (Architect)

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a Technical Project Consultant VHF (m/f/d) at the location in Menden. In this role, you will accompany demanding facade projects from initial planning to implementation. You will advise architects, facade planners, metalworkers, and system partners on the selection and application of substructure and fastening systems for ventilated facades (VHF).

Your Tasks

• Technical consulting and development of object-specific facade solutions
• Structuring and controlling projects in various planning and elaboration phases
• Accompanying construction projects across all service phases (LPH 1-8)
• Technical support for sales during project qualification and positioning of system solutions
• Support with tenders as well as creation of technical documents, design, and assembly plans
• Carrying out preliminary calculations and technical plausibility checks of system solutions
• Quality assurance of technical elaborations and quantity determinations
• Coordination and evaluation of external structural engineering services
• Conducting training sessions and technical workshops
• Monitoring market and competitive developments
• Collaboration in the further development of the product portfolio

Your Profile

• Completed technical degree or comparable training in the field of civil engineering, architecture, metal construction, or facade technology
• Several years of professional experience in the field of ventilated facades (VHF)
• Sound knowledge of substructures, fastening technology, facade materials, as well as relevant standards and regulations
• Good structural engineering knowledge and experience in handling technical calculations
• Confident use of AutoCAD, MS Office, and ideally structural engineering and CRM systems
• Experience in project-related technical sales or in the elaboration of system solutions
• Strong customer orientation and a confident appearance towards architects, planners, and construction companies
• Structured, independent, and quality-oriented way of working
• Good English skills
• Willingness to travel within Germany

The position can be performed both from the Menden area and via home office. A requirement is regular personal presence at the Menden location as well as the willingness to visit customers and construction sites within Germany.
