Your Tasks

• You will take over the processing of purchasing activities - ranging from supplier selection to ordering and delivery date control to invoice verification - additionally, you will manage suppliers and expand the supplier network
• You will conduct price negotiations and process supply and framework agreements
• You will actively engage with interfaces to ensure and permanently improve the quality, on-time delivery, and economic efficiency of the delivered products
• Using SAP, you will take over the requirements planning and inventory monitoring of the responsible product groups
• You will take over the continuous collection of long-term supplier declarations for all purchased series parts
• You will maintain all relevant master data in SAP, process supplier debit notes, and monitor quantity contracts
• You will support the implementation of 5S and Lean measures in the purchasing process
• You will implement projects for the automation / digitalization of purchasing processes

What You Bring

• You have completed vocational training and / or a comparable qualification in the field of purchasing / production planning and can demonstrate relevant professional experience
• You are proficient in using MS-Office (Excel, Word) as well as experienced in the application of SAP
• You are accustomed to working independently and goal-oriented, enjoy working in a team, and possess strong communication skills and negotiation skills
• You are characterized by a structured and conscientious way of working
• You are ready to continuously adapt to the rapidly changing world of Supply Chain
• You have good English skills
